Full Terms and Conditions
Clients are reminded that Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching involve working with ones emotions. It is Stephen Rigby's intention to make Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching sessions as uplifting as possible but he cannot guarantee that unpleasant or upsetting feelings will not emerge during these sessions.
1. Hypnotherapy – Guildford Main Practice, Holistic Health Centre, Woking and Durham House Chiropractic Clinic, Farnham
1.1 Hypnotherapy sessions are by appointment only. Being late for the start of an appointment will not change the end time.
1.2 A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given of a rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment otherwise a cancellation fee of £70 will become payable. (Smoking cessation non-attendance: £90)
1.3 Payment is by cheque or cash. A cheque guarantee card will be required for cheque payments. Payment is due at the start of each session. For smoking cessation, payment is in advance by cleared cheque or by cash on the day.
1.4 Smoking cessation sessions, lasting approximately 90 minutes, are charged at a rate higher than a standard therapy session because of their intensity. Your investment of £250 includes up to two back up sessions (55 minutes each) within the first six months, if required.
1.5 Sessions, other than smoking cessation are charged at £70 each (55 minutes).
1.6 At the Guildford Main Practice, session times can be extended by up to 30 minutes without further charge. This extension is at your therapist's discretion and only occurs if your therapist feels that it would be of benefit to you.
1.7 Free half hour introductory sessions are offered only at the Guildford Main Practice. Introductory sessions are not given for smoking cessation. Introductory sessions are free but rescheduling or cancellation without giving 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge of £30.
2. Hypnotherapy – The Surrey Park Clinic
2.1 Hypnotherapy sessions held at the Surrey Park Clinic are subject to the additional terms and conditions set by the Surrey Park Clinic. The practice has been established by invitation of the Clinic to make provision for referral patients from the consultant medical practitioners working from the clinic. Rates, terms and conditions are available on request.
3. Life Coaching and Executive Coaching
3.1 Life Coaching is available at the Guildford Main Practice and by telephone.
3.2 Executive Coaching is carried out at the place of employment of the person being coached. Executive coaching is subject to terms, conditions and charges that are available on request.
3.3 Life Coaching is not appropriate for everyone. All candidates for life coaching must attend a primer session, lasting up to half an hour. The primer session is free of charge (subject to the terms and conditions of cancelling appointments stated below) and can be conducted over the phone if required. All candidates for life coaching must complete a questionnaire and a primer session prior to the first full session.
3.4 Life Coaching is normally conducted over a period of one to six months depending on what achievement is required and the budget available. The first four sessions of life coaching are conducted on a weekly basis; a mutual decision on the time period between subsequent sessions is decided when additional sessions are requested. Sessions can be conducted by telephone and email or face to face. Telephone calls for life coaching sessions are made by the person receiving life coaching. Face to face sessions are only available to those able to travel to my Guildford Main Practice in Surrey.
3.5 Each Life Coaching session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Under normal circumstances late arrival for the start of a session does not change the end time.
3.6 Assignments will be set that will be required to be completed prior to the next session.
3.7 The minimum number of full Life Coaching sessions that can be booked is four. This does not include the free primer session. After booking the initial four sessions the client may choose to proceed one session at a time. Under normal circumstances single sessions will be made at the conclusion of the previous session.
3.8 Investment in Life Coaching is made in advance at a rate of £280 per four sessions. Single sessions require an investment of £90 per session. Payment can be made in cash or by cheque. Cheque payments must have cleared prior to the session to which it refers.
3.9 A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to change appointment times or the full session fee is payable. Primer sessions are free of charge to attend but if the 48 hour rule is not adhered to a £30 fee is payable.
